Sonu Sood earned the tag of the messiah of the masses after his heroic act last year, helping migrant workers reach home during the lockdown. He did not stop just there. Sonu went on to continue his philanthropic work by helping people who sought medical help this year when the second wave hit the country. His efforts to help the common man have now made him the real-life superhero the country needs.
Celebrating his rise as the man of the hour, Filmfare shot its July cover with the mighty Sonu Sood, donning the superhero look for the pictures. Captured to perfection by Rohan Shrestha and styled by Mohit Rai, Sonu looked dapper in each shot. Playing Clark Kent for the cover shot, Sonu fit perfectly into the role of the cover star.
