About Filmfare OTT Awards 2021
When the world went in lockdown, everyone turned to art. Binging digital content on streaming platforms became a daily routine and when superstars were born out of OTT platforms, it only seemed fitting to recognise the superlative talent and award the best of the best. Gripping storylines, realistic scenarios, well-mounted products and superlative acting. Announcing the first ever OTT awards, last year, Filmfare honoured artistic and technical excellence across Hindi Web Originals released on the streaming platforms with a new awards property solely dedicated to the field.
After a successful first edition, Filmfare is all set for MyGlamm Filmfare OTT Awards 2021. The second edition of Filmfare OTT Awards, is on its way to celebrate the best of digital entertainment from 1st August, 2020 to 31st July 2021. Taking forward the success of the first ever edition, the awards have grown in stature with the industry’s eyes set on this year’s winners. It aims to recognize and acknowledge the heartfelt and inspiring stories that are drawing the Indian audiences into the world of OTT content. Applauding stories that transcended mediums and characters and struck a chord with people, Filmfare's Black Lady is back for a celebration of the industry.
The iconic Black Lady will once again adorn and honour those who changed the game with their unique style and stories despite all the challenges of the present scenario and bring to you a night of the streaming sensations who stood the test of time and kept the entertainment going.
