Pankaj Tripathi to do a cameo in Irrfan's comeback film Angrezi Medium

Irrfan Khan recently started shooting for his next film Angrezi Medium in Udaipur, a sequel to his 2017 hit Hindi Medium. Angrezi Medium is Irrfan's first project of the year since he was in London for treatment against neuroendocrine tumour since past one year. We hear Pankaj Tripathi is joining the cast of Angrezi Medium in Udaipur.


The actor will be doing a cameo in the much-awaited sequel. The two power-packed performers will be seen sharing screen space together for the first time. Both Irrfan and Pankaj are the alumni of National School of Drama Talking about working with Irrfan, Pankaj Tripathi said, "My role is a cameo. It’s my love and respect for Irrfan and my friendship with Dinu that made me say yes for it. I always wanted to work with Irrfan and when Dinu offered this role I immediately agreed to do this role even if it's just a cameo, to begin with."

Angrezi Medium is produced by Dinesh Vijan and directed by Homi Adajania. The film also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan and Radhika Madan in prominent roles.
