Just last night Kartik Aaryan partied at the wrap-up bash of Freddy. The actor completed shooting for the film and looks like the young star is in no mood to chill and quickly jump to his next one. After starring in Ekta Kapoor’s Freddy, he now moves to Shehzada – a remake of Ala Vaikunthapuramuloo.
E Times reports that Kartik Aaryan will start shooting for Shehzada from this month. After months of preparation and several dance rehearsals, the team is ready to roll out the big picture. Joining him will be his leading heroine Kriti Sanon and the two will start the shoot this month in the city. Shehzada has been in the news ever since its inception for several reasons. Kartik Aaryan stepping into Allu Arjun’s shoes for the remake has got the netizens excited and his social media rendition of Butta Bomma (the hit song from Ala Vaikunthapuramuloo) got everyone crazy. Kartik and Kriti have earlier worked together in Luka Chuppi and now with this one, they reunite and surely set to add fire on the big screen.
Shehzada will also see Manisha Koirala playing Kartik’s mother in the film. The role was played by Tabu in the original. The film is directed by Rohit Dhawan and the team is all ready to get to action. Kartik Aaryan meanwhile has finished shooting for Freddy and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 and now he will focus on this one. He even has an OTT release with Ram Madhvani’s Dhamaka and the actor surely has a packed diary. Kriti Sanon too is juggling between projects, she has the magnum opus Adipurush and managing her other projects as well.
