Exclusive: Sidharth Shukla says his character in Broken but Beautiful 3 is similar to him

Sidharth Shukla’s popularity shot up by leaps and bounds, when the actor came on Bigg Boss. A lot of people adored his personality that came out as real more than perfect on the show. Sidharth’s latest project is a web show called Broken but Beautiful 3, that released digitally this weekend itself and it has been receiving some rave reviews too. 

 
Talking to Filmfare Sidharth spoke about the similarities between him and his character in Broken but Beautiful 3, Agastya. He said, “A lot of emotional journey that the character went through, the emotions, is something that I could relate to. It’s just the journey that the character goes through. I have possibly seen myself go through that certain phase, possibly done a few things similar at some point of time, you know it was very relatable to me.”

On being asked if he gives a part of himself to his characters, he said, “Of course, you do put in a lot of yourself into the character because at the end of the day even if it’s a character, it is you who is going to play it. So, you do try and become the character. There will always be a part of you in every part you play.”
