Ajay Devgn gets candid about his relationship with Kajol and why he decided to marry her

Ajay Devgan is all set for his upcoming directorial Runway 34. He will also play the role of a pilot in the movie, which also stars Amitabh Bachchan and Rakul Preet Singh. While the actor is all caught up with promotional activities for the movie, he recently gave an interview where he opened up about the beautiful relationship he shares with his wife, Kajol.

In conversation with a YouTuber as quoted in a leading daily, the actor revealed why he decided to marry his current wife, Kajol. He said, "I really don't know… we met, we got along very well. We started seeing each other without even proposing and then it was taken for granted that we will get married…"

He also revealed, "Our thoughts are similar, our models seem to gel together. So, it just went in a flow."

He also commented that in his 23-year-long relationship, the couple faced many ups and downs. But he stated that two people in love have to find a way to make it work out. Talking about the disagreements, he said, "You have to manage those disagreements… Two minds can't be alike but then we discuss and that how it works,”

Ajay Devgn is married to Kajol for more than two decades. The two actors met on the sets of the 1995 movie Hulchul and tied the knot soon after. They have two kids together,  Nysa Devgn and Yug Devgn.
